Why Millet-Based Cupcakes Are Better Than Regular Ones

Regular cupcakes rely on maida because it is cheap and produces a reliable texture. The problem is that maida is stripped of fibre and most of its nutritional value during processing. How Fresh Are Selenium Kitchen Cupcakes?

We bake in small batches, not in bulk. This means we do not have cupcakes sitting in cold storage waiting for an order to arrive. We bake after you order, which is why freshness is not something we have to promise — it is built into how we operate.

Our cupcakes stay fresh for 3 to 4 days at room temperature in an airtight container. Refrigerating them extends this by a couple of days. Because there are no preservatives, we recommend ordering quantities you plan to consume within that window.
