How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a WhatsApp and SMS notification with a real-time tracking link. You can also track from the My Orders section in your account dashboard.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
You can modify or cancel within 1 hour of placing your order. Call us immediately at +91 84485 55787 or WhatsApp us — once baking has started, cancellations are not possible.
My product arrived damaged — what should I do?
WhatsApp us a photo of the damaged product within 24 hours of delivery and we'll either arrange a replacement or process a full refund — whichever you prefer. You don't need to return the product.
Do you deliver to my location?
We currently deliver across Delhi NCR — same-day in Delhi (order before 2 PM), next-day free delivery in Noida and Gurgaon, and next-day with a small charge in Faridabad and Ghaziabad. Check your pincode at checkout.
How do I place a bulk or corporate order?
Email us at support@seleniumkitchen.com or call +91 84485 55787. Minimum bulk order is 25 units. We offer custom branding for 50+ unit orders and pan-India delivery for 100+ units.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your refund is approved, it is initiated within 24–48 hours. UPI refunds take 1–2 business days; card refunds take 3–7 business days depending on your bank. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Are all products eggless and preservative-free?
Yes — every Selenium Kitchen product is 100% eggless and made without artificial preservatives, artificial colours or artificial flavours. We bake fresh every morning and dispatch the same day.
Can I get a GST invoice for my order?
Yes. Enter your company name and GSTIN at checkout to generate a GST-compliant invoice. You can also download invoices from the My Orders section of your account after delivery.
